About the Role
🕒 Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week | Elementary and Preschool Caseloads
Confident Therapies is currently hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists to support students the Thornton / Northglenn area for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
This is a contract role with a consistent weekly schedule (typically 37.5 hours/week) and a caseload cap of 55 students. Assignments will be thoughtfully matched to each therapist’s strengths, interests, and experience to ensure a supportive and fulfilling placement.
What You’ll Do:
Provide speech and language therapy services to middle and/or high school students
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with school teams, parents, and support staff
Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
$64-$74 per hour, or $2400 - $2775 per week
Bilingual SLPs (Spanish) will be able to earn a higher range $74-$84 per hour,
Requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Current Colorado SLP license
Certification from the Colorado Department of Education
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Experience working with school-aged students, especially in pediatrics
Spanish skills are a plus
